The Roadblocks we tackled

The luxury fashion brand was expanding beyond borders, but their systems were unable to take the load. Integrating different systems spread across regions was proving to be complex, leading to data exchange being unreliable and slow.

Due to this geographical dispersion, the client faced significant platform challenges that interrupted smooth business operations. Data was inconsistent and unreliable causing disruptions in inventory updates, order processing, and product catalog organization.

The inability to process data in bulk also meant it took longer to update item listings or manage large inventory volumes directly impacting customer experience and operational performance. These inefficiencies created serious bottlenecks in scaling the business globally.

How we solved it

To address the multi-regional challenges, Aekyam’s team introduced a Centralized Integration approach. The team deployed Aekyam Edge and Aekyam Cloud components which effortlessly connected on-premises applications across different geographies simplifying the complexity of integrating disparate systems.

Aekyam’s geographic load balancing capacity tackled the platform and hosting challenges effortlessly arising from the client’s global presence, optimizing performance and reliability.

Aekyam Edge’s deployment ensured seamless adherence to regional requirements and resolved regional constraints across different geographies. Further Aekyam also addressed the issues of data inconsistency amid diverse systems and data formats, enabling smooth integration and data exchange.

Lastly, Aekyam enhanced reliability by implementing advanced monitoring and error-handling features within the iPaaS platform, addressing reliability and lack of bulk processing capability issue.

Outcomes we delivered

With Aekyam’s cloud native microservices architecture, the client unlocked a new level of operational efficiency and coordination across geographies. They could now manage inventories across 37 countries with ease, while supporting more than 9 WMS which were set up across multiple continents.

Integration issues which once caused delays and operational disruptions were reduced by 70%. The client also experiences faster onboarding and integration cycles, reducing time-to-value while reducing operational costs.

The platform’s dynamic scalability allowed the client to expand confidently without compromising performance or security. The client now had no message loss leading to reliability they needed to maintain exceptional service and operational precision, across every market that they served.
