Aekyam at PRC 2026

We are delighted to share that Aekyam was part of the Phygital Retail Convention 2026, held on the 13th and 14th of May at the Jio Convention Centre, Mumbai.

About the event

The Phygital Retail Convention is one of India’s most anticipated retail industry gatherings, bringing together leaders, innovators, and decision-makers from across the country and beyond. Each year, PRC becomes a space for honest conversations about where retail is headed, what is changing, and what that means for businesses of every scale.

This year, the event opened with the theme “The Great Indian Bazaar: A Global Growth Engine.” True to that spirit, Aekyam arrived with a story of its own: “Built for the Bazaar in Motion. Orchestrating Intelligence in Real Time.”

What we did there

Aekyam had its own booth at the convention, and the response was everything we had hoped for. Retailers and industry leaders stopped by, shared their experiences, asked real questions, and left us with perspectives we will carry forward. A significant number of those conversations naturally gravitated toward retail and textile, two spaces where the pace of change right now is hard to ignore.

Click. Connect. Create

One of the highlights of our presence at PRC was our hands-on workshop, Click. Connect. Create. Participants got direct access to the Aekyam platform and the freedom to explore it in real time, to build, experiment, and see what orchestrating retail intelligence looks like in practice.

And There’s More Happening at the PRC!

Fueling India’s Growth Engine: Keeping the Customer Hooked with Ever-Evolving Retail Concepts

Sunny Nandwani, CEO at Acuver, joined some of the sharpest minds in Indian retail as a panelist for one of PRC’s key sessions: “Fueling India’s Growth Engine: Keeping the Customer Hooked with Ever-Evolving Retail Concepts.” The discussion explored how retailers are rethinking engagement across physical and digital touchpoints, adapting to shifting consumer behavior, and building differentiated experiences that earn loyalty rather than just attention. Sunny brought to the table his perspective on the evolving retail scene and how, new technologies can be leveraged to keep up with this change.

Scaling with Soul: Entrepreneurship, Community & Brand Growth

One of the most memorable moments from our time at PRC was an intimate fireside chat held around the theme “Scaling with Soul: Entrepreneurship, Community and Brand Growth.” We had the pleasure of sitting down with Surbhi Bhatia, CEO and Founder of The Mom Store for a conversation that was as candid as it was thoughtful. It touched on the realities of building a brand that people genuinely connect with, navigating growth without losing the community at the heart of it, and what adaptive commerce really demands of founders today.
